The present article treats the problems of value dimensions of juridical norms. It states that a constitutive moment of the juridical norms is the axiological one: relating the cognition results with the human needs or aspirations, critical appreciation of these results as values in accordance with the social-human interests. The article also reveals that the juridical norms always seek to be based on equity and to express equity values. The most important values which are necessary to persists in the juridical norms, such as foundation values - justice, juridical security and the common goodness, and the satellite values – legality, legitimacy, equity, fairness, mercifulness, etc. are being revealed.
