This article searches the legal subject of the criminal offense provisioned by article 213, 216, 254-256 PC RM. The common legal subject is identified from all these criminal offenses, which constitutes the subgroup of the completed violations in the field of goods consumption and services. The Legislative is recommended to create a special distinct chapter in the penal law, which would concentrate the regulations on the above mentioned. Also, every component of this subgroup is examined the special legal subject. By deriving from general to particular, it is established the coverage and the content of this specific social value, which is touched every time by the violations of the goods consumption and services provisions. |
