The institution of rehabilitation of the person in the penal trial of Romania and Russian Federation is brought into discussion in the present article. Referring to the legislative experience of other states allows us to present the national law system in comparison to the law systems of other states. As a result of a thorough study, it is necessary to mention that it would be useful to supplement the penal procedural law of Republic of Moldova with a norm that would regulate the way of repairing the prejudice caused to a juridical person by means of illicit action of the judicial bodies. |
