| Rezumat | ||||||
This article investigates all the modifications realized in the labor law up to the moment. It brings into evidence the innovations brought to the labor law and defines them as they are. Also the author analyzes the ideas about the necessity of overcoming the shortcomings and gaps in the actual modifications and texts of the labor legislation. The article analyzes the conformity of the actual labor law with the international conventions regarding the same issues. |
