Rezumat

In this study, the variability of the „pollen grain diameter” trait under conditions of drought and salinization was evaluated. As the initial material, simple F2 hybrids (5 genotypes), backcross hybrids (10 genotypes), double hybrids (6 genotypes) were used. A reliable dependence of the variation of the indicators of the „pollen grain diameter” trait on the factors „genotype”, „osmotic stres”, „salt stress”, as well as on the interaction of these factors was revealed. The values of the effect of the „genotype” factor were higher in double hybrids, and the „stress” factor - in backcross hybrids and F2 combinations. Hybrids (5 genotypes) with the highest indicators of the studied trait under drought and salinization were determined. However, on average, the double hybrids had the lowest values of the „pollen grain diameter” trait. The results obtained can be used to develop breeding schemes for resistance to abiotic factors.
