Today, the multi-ethnicity represents a feature aimed at establishing the ways of communication, exchange and connection between multiple cultural-ethnic models. In this context the formation of the competence of assertive communication in the academic environment is one of the priorities of modern education. The formation of the assertive communication competence to the subjects from the polytechnic academic environment has been approached by researchers from several perspectives, emphasizing the value of the aspects referring to communication as a factor in the formation of communicative competences. Consequently, the interpersonal relationships are the relationships that are built in the process of interaction between the representatives of different cultures, individuals. The constructive interaction presumes the organizing of communication. |
