This article comes from the necessity to highlight the impact that non-formal activities can have on the lives of young people. They should be carried out periodically , so that, students could get out of the formal framework of the class, to be able to express themselves freely. The issue is important because, at present, more and more teachers do not respond to the needs and interests of knowledge and development of o group. It is very very important to present the influence that these activities have, first of all on the development of the communicative and organizational skills of the students, but also on their creativity.

Acest articol vine din necesitatea de a evidenția impactul pe care îl pot avea activitățile nonformale în viața tinerilor. Acestea ar trebui să se desfășoare periodic, astfel încât elevul să iasă din cadrul formal al clasei, să se poată exprima liber. Problema abordată prezintă importanță deoarece, în prezent, tot mai multe cadre didactice nu aplică acest tip de activități și, prin urmare, nu răspund nevoilor şi intereselor de cunoaştere şi de dezvoltare ale unui grup. Este foarte important să prezentăm influența pe care o au aceste activități, în primul rând, asupra dezvoltării competențelor comunicative și organizatorice ale elevilor, dar și asupra creativității acestora.
