Conflicts are an existing feature that cannot be denied in the work of modern organizations. Since the presence of conflicts per se is not an issue, it is important that such conflicts are properly addressed to ensure the benefits they bring to the achievement of the organizations' objectives. Addressed effectively, conflicts can increase performance by challenging the status quo, promoting the creation of new ideas, promoting the re-evaluation of unitary goals and activities, increasing the likelihood that the unit will respond to change, settling strained relationships and serving as a means for discussion topics within the company. |
