Under market conditions, the stable and successful development of an enterprise is directly related to its financial stability, which is characterized by the maximum provision of its own sources of financing, solvency and creditworthiness. The purpose of this article is to explore the essence of financial stability, highlighting its main characteristics, calculation methods and the types that determine the financial stability of an enterprise. The determination of the degree and type of financial stability of an enterprise was carried out through the analysis of absolute indicators that describe the current availability of reserves, as well as the costs of their creation. Specific recommendations were also identified aimed at strengthening the financial stability of the enterprise.
