| Rezumat | ||||||
In this article, the author consider various aspects related to the evaluation of an investment project in a process of investment activities and the intention to receive investment preferences by a potential investor. An analysis of the process and criteria associated with the expertise of the investment project, the indicators used in this process. The basis for the analysis is the current law regulating investments in the region, as well as regulations approved by Executive Committee of Gagauzia for the process of expertise. At the end of the article, the author formulates proposals for improving the process of expertise of investment projects in the region. |
