The Republic of Moldova adhered to the Peace Partnership Program, by the President of the State’s signing the Frame Document and laying down the corresponding Presentation Document, in May 16, 1994 at Bruxelles, being the 12th participating country. Later, at the beginning of 1995, first Individual Partnership Program of the Republic of Moldova was elaborated. The advantages of cooperation with NATO and finding out a way to “institutionalize” are more progressive by adopting an Individual Plan of Actions for NATO-Republic of Moldova Partnership (IPAP). In it will be treated issues of the priority objectives of Republic of Moldova’s external politics, including the Conception of EU integration and the RM-EU Plan of Actions. |
