<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>For the first time presents data on the selenium content in soils of the Dniester-Prut interfluve formed on different types of soil-forming rocks. It is established that the amount of selenium in the soil of this area on average is optimal. However, there are isolated cases of deficiency and a relative failure. The tendency to an increase in selenium concentration with increasing clay particles in the soil.</p></description>
