Rezumat

State aid was granted in the Republic of Moldova until the entry in force of Law no. 139/2012 on state aid. However, a record of all state aid granted to enterprises did not exist until the entry in force of the law. With the entry in force of Law and the normative acts that come into its application, one of the obligations imposed on state aid providers and the competition authority is the record and/or reporting of state aid granted to the enterprises. In this article we propose to analyse under different state aid criteria granted in the Moldova. We are going to perform a comparative analysis of state aid granted in Moldova with that offered in the European Union. At the same time, we are going to analyse the impact of state aid on the dynamics of the national budget. Different methods were used in the research, such as: synthesis; economic analysis; induction and deduction, applied in the dialectic of knowing the researched problem. In this respect ,we have been used the public information available on the website of the Competition Council, the National Bureau of Statistics, the Romanian Competition Council and the DG Competition of the European Union.
