Rezumat | ||||||
The Moldovan traditional practice in vocational psychology and career counselling is a continuation of existing methodologies with clients, by helping them to cope in the new economic context. In this domain the perspectives, paradigms and practices should be adapted to the effects of increasing number of unemployed on the labor market, migration of staff from one planned work to another one, or from an organizational culture to other. The recruitment methodologies must fall to maintain the continuous employment and career orientation by the adaptability, intentionality, life-long learning and autobiographical reasoning. Vocational counselling practices are intuitively developed as a widespread form of vocational constructs. Methodologies of professional path that are used in the Republic of Moldova usually has the intention to standardize the market offer, and not to take into consideration the teenagers wish, aspirations and first of all their capacities and abilities in a particular professional field. Usually there are choosing a profession taking into consideration the parents or close friends advises, or just because they didn’t have a career model or strategy. For these reasons, Future Classroom Concept has the ability to reduce socio-cultural inequalities, because it comes with concrete solutions to every social injustice, empowering its followers with creative approaches and innovative practices. |
