The article presents the evaluation test of the teachers, the didactic / methodical situation, for their attestation at the one / higher didactic degree. The article presents the methodological route for achieving the didactic / methodical situation. In the evaluation of teachers, solving the teaching / methodical situation aims, first of all, to present its structure, where the typology of the problem is mentioned, the actors involved in the situation presented, and ends with a description of the specific situation. The article concludes with the presentation of the criteria for assessing professional skills, the grades awarded based on the score obtained and the performance descriptors detailing the levels of appreciation of teachers’ responses. |
