Actualitatea. Pregătirea specialistului din domeniul educației fizice și sportului are un caracter
sistematic, organizat şi se realizează în învăţământul superior pe baza planurilor şi programe de
învăţământ în viguare.
Activitatea de cercetare ştiinţifică este componenta principală şi obligatorie a activităţii
universitare şi a procesului de inovare în cadrul instituţiei de învăţământ superior de profil. Un
proces de învăţare bazat pe generarea de cunoştinţe noi este mult mai valoros şi mai competitiv,
decât un proces de învăţare, care se reduce la un simplu transfer de cunoştinţe de la profesori la
studenţi.
Pentru pregătirea profesională calitativă a specialiştilor de educaţie fizică și sport, în afara
programelor tipice, este necesară includerea informaţiilor din domeniul cercetărilor ştiinţifice,
teoriei deducerii logice şi altele, care oglindesc noţiuni ca: măiestrie, competenţă profesională, gust
estetic etc.
Scopul cercetării îl reprezintă studierea activității de cercetare științifică în procesul pregătirii
specialiştilor de educaţie fizică şi sport.
Metode de cercetare: studiul literaturii de specialitate, experimentul pedagogic, metoda
statistico-matematică și grafică.
Constatări și rezultate. Atingerea scopului propus presupune soluționarea sarcinilor
fundamentale ale activității de cercetare ştiinţifică studenţească din cadrul procesului instructiveducativ:
învățarea metodelor şi principiilor teoriei cunoaşterii; studierea aprofundată a teoriei;
cunoaşterea metodologiei de soluționare a sarcinilor ştiinţifice şi practice; dobândirea competențelor
de comunicare ştiinţifică, formarea priceperii de a expune concis şi corect rezultatele cercetării;
formarea deprinderilor pentru lucrul individual și în echipă; dezvoltarea potențialului creativ și
inovațional.
Un specialist creator, cu iniţiativă constructivă, inovator şi capabil să se adapteze rapid la
schimbările impuse de progresul ştiinţei contemporane, nu poate fi format decât de profesori, care
posedă ei înşişi asemenea calităţi.
Un management educaţional de calitate trebuie să favorizeze conexiunea dintre ştiinţă, artă şi
filosofie, a tuturor componentelor culturale, aşa încât absolvenţii să aibă competenţe profesionale,
dar şi culturale şi relaţionale, ca fundamente ale unei specializări înguste.
Concluzii și recomandări. Activitatea de cercetare științifică joacă un rol important în
pregătirea specialiştilor de educație fizică și sport.
Astfel, este important de respectat următorul segment de acţiuni în vederea însuşirii
cunoştinţelor, priceperilor şi deprinderilor: stabilirea sarcinilor, recunoaşterea necesităţii însu şirii,
însuşirea conţinutului, îndeplinirea acţiunilor practice, autocontrolul, aprofundarea şi
automatizarea deprinderii. Urmărind formarea cunoştinţelor, priceperilor, deprinderilor
corespunzătoare unui înalt grad de pregătire profesională, se recomandă utilizarea diverselor
forme, metode, mijloace, procedee metodice şi tehnologice orientate spre organizarea şi
desfăşurarea procesului educațional.

Actuality. The training of the specialist in the field of physical education and sport has a
systemic, organized character and is realized in the higher education based on the plans and
programs of education in force.
The scientific research activity is the main and obligatory component of the university activity
and of the innovation process within the higher education institution of profile. A learning process
based on generating new knowledge is much more valuable and competitive than a learning
process, which is reduced to a simple transfer of knowledge from teachers to students.
For the qualitative professional training of the specialists of physical education and sport, apart
from the typical programs, it is necessary to include information from the field of scientific
research, the theory of logical deduction and others, which mirror notions such as: mastery,
professional competence, aesthetic taste, etc.
The purpose of the research is to study the scientific research activity in the process of
training the physical education and sport specialists.
Methods of research: literature study, pedagogical experiment, statistical-mathematical and
graphical method.
Findings and results. The achievement of the proposed aim implies solving the fundamental
tasks of the student scientific research activity within the instructional-educational process: learning
the methods and principles of the theory of knowledge; in-depth studying of the theory; knowledge
of the methodology for solving scientific and practical tasks; acquiring the skills of scientific
communication, training the ability to present concisely and correctly the results of the research;
training of skills for individual and team work; development of creative and innovational potential.
A creator specialist, with a constructive initiative, innovative and able to adapt quickly to the
changes imposed by the progress of contemporary science, can only be formed by teachers, who
possess such qualities.
A quality educational management must foster the connection between science, art and
philosophy, of all cultural components, so that graduates have professional, but also cultural and
relational competences, as the foundation of a narrow specialization.
Conclusions and recommendations. The scientific research activity has an important role in
the training of the physical education and sports specialists.
Thus, it is important to respect the following segment of actions in order to acquire the
knowledge, abilities and skills: establishing tasks, recognizing the need to learn, learning the
content, achievement of practical actions, self-control, deepening and automating the skills.
Following the formation of the knowledge, abilities, skills corresponding to a high degree of
professional training, it is recommended to use various forms, methods, means, methodical and
technological processes oriented to the organization and carrying out of the educational process.
