Are considered the essence and necessity of soft skills in professional activity. Is given quote from a well-known person in the field of management. An example of using soft skills in an enterprise is also shown. The purpose of the study is to identify the importance of flexible skills for both the manager and employees of a modern enterprise. The work is based on the research of professionals in the field of management and some companies. |
