| Rezumat | ||||||
The aim of this study is to address the phenomenon of creativity in order to gain a deeper understanding of what stimulates creative behavior in the workplace. The article also investigates the importance of individual and social factors in the manifestation of organizational creativity. Several explanatory models of creativity were analyzed: as a potential, as a process, as an environment, as a person, as a product. In particular, emphasis was placed on the impact of creativity on employee well-being and job satisfaction, and on the importance of creativity and innovation in companies in increasing their competitiveness and improving employees' working conditions. |
