This article aims to analyze the specifics of professional evaluation of employees, as well as the evaluation of professional performance of civil servants in the Republic of Moldova. Thus, both the objectives and the factors that influence employee performance are presented. The role of the emotional factor in achieving performance at work was also highlighted. In this respect, the tight relationship between motivation and job satisfaction with job performance, which is directly proportional, is demonstrated. |
