| Rezumat | ||||||
Our attitude to the innovation shall be reconsidered in view of new aspects of the evolution
from the technocratic civilization to that of innovational. Necessity of this matter is also
dictated by the decision adopted by the governments of the advanced countries in 1999 in
Florence. The conclusion of this act consists in that in the XXI century the main evolution
will be determined by two factors – education and innovation. In such a way, three years
ago EU proposed the conception of the unique innovational European space formation with
the aim of the accelerated approaching to the highest technologic realizations of USA and
Japan, the world recognized leaders. |
