The coronavirus pandemic has generated a humanitarian crisis of unprecedented proportions around the world. COVID-19 has evolved rapidly into a global emergency. This article examines the role that international organizations have played in the management of the Covid-19 pandemic. At the same time, their efficiency or inefficiency in the fight against the virus is analyzed. To deal with the coronavirus crisis, international organizations have responded to the pandemic as a security issue. To help combat the coronavirus pandemic around the world and to limit the spread of the virus, international organizations - UN, WHO, NATO, the EU provided assistance and support to the states in need. But there were also difficulties. In conclusion, international organizations have, first and foremost, the role of coordinators and catalysts for the solidarity of the international community.
