The right of the person injured by a public authority is a constitutional guarantee of ensuring other constitutional rights and freedoms, a legal support for the exercise of various forms of control over the activity of public authorities. In any social activity, violations and abuses are possible. Neither the public authorities nor the persons working within them who, by acts or actions, may infringe the rights of natural or legal persons are an exception in this respect. This study concerns the patrimonial liability of the state and the right of the person to the repair of the damage caused by its authorities. |
