Counseling symbolizes an activity that aims to model the behavioral actions of the counseled person in a given situation or, in general, in his life and daily activity. Educational counseling uses methods, techniques and procedures that shape the personality of the student in a different and creative way, restructures his ideas, feelings, feelings and behavior. Through this activity, the student must be aware that his potential has a multipurpose character that can be permanently adapted and developed to social requirements. It is very important to adapt the method used to the objectives pursued and the way in which students respect the rules of communication, collaboration and teamwork. Counseling is the skillful and principled use of the interpersonal relationship to facilitate self-knowledge, emotional acceptance and maturation, optimal development of personal resources. |
