Rezumat | ||||||
The involvement of Virtual Reality in the physiotherapy programs of adhesive capsulitis has shown a beneficial effect, helping both the therapist and the patient. Bringing a plus to physiotherapy sessions especially in tracking the quality and quantity of movements and receiving real-time feedback from the patient, making the interaction between patient and physiotherapist much more fun due to the virtual world created by the computer. Benefits have been shown in creating a safer work environment, in combating pain as an alternative analgesic method to reduce anxiety levels and to distract patients during movements due to sensory effects created by virtual applications. |
