The medicine terms<br />are conceived as terminological units which bring supplementary knowledge, ensure specialized<br />communication in medicine and own a motivated representation.in the medicine domain specialized<br />knowledge unites are o two types:<br />a) Linguistic units: lexical units (cord, abdomen, intestin etc.), phrase logical units, (Faţa<br />lui Hippocrate &bdquo;the dying symptom&rdquo;; capul meduzei &bdquo;sign in the cancerogen affection&rdquo; etc.)<br />fixed / relatively fixed syntagmic units (cord astenic, coloană vertebrală etc.).<br />b) Nonlinguistic units: symbols (pharmaceutical terminology: names of vitamins, mineral<br />salts etc.), formulas (pharmaceutical terminology: acids, oxides etc.).<br />At a morphological level, the linguistic units are referred to nouns, adjectives, and verbs and have the<br />capacity to make references and to classify the information in the medical domain.</p></dc:description>
