Rezumat | ||||||
In the article author studied essential conditions of employment agreement conclusion. Comparative analysis of Ukraine, EU and CIS countries legislation has been conducted. That made it possible to define a list of conditions that have to be taken into account because of conclusion of employment agreement. The author also insists on need to enshrine in new Labor Code of Ukraine exhaustive list of compulsory conditions of employment agreement conclusion. |
