The supply with protheses of oncological radically treated patients – subjected to ectomies of organs, limbs, etc, is a state affair. The supply with prostheses of the patients with tumors of the locomotor apparatus is a special medical-social and financial problem. It consists of several steps of treatment and prosthetics – hospitalization of the patient, selective individual measures for each patient. Another step includes the announcement of a tender for companies producing prosthetic appliances, the production of prostheses, surgeries of prosthetics, rehabilitation, social reintegration of the patient.
