Rezumat

Авторами представлены результаты оценки нейтрофильно-лимфоцитарного индекса (НЛИ) в диагностике ППМ у педиатрических пациенток (n=36). При определении информативности НЛИ в диагностике ППМ на основании ROC установлено достаточно высокое значение AUROC=0.9698 (95% CI:0.9324–1.000), p<0.0001. Так, при значении НЛИ 3.05 (cut off) чувствительность индекса составила 100%, а специфичность – 78.95%. Отмечена зависимость значения НЛИ от степени ППМ и тяжести ишемии яичника.

IEF SUMMARY IN ENGLISH The authors present the results of the assessment of the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in the diagnosis of adnexal torsion (AT) in pediatric patients (n=36). When determining the informative value of NLR in the diagnosis of AT based on ROC, a rather high value of AUROC=0.9698 (95% CI: 0.9324– 1.000), p<0.0001 was established. For example, with an NLR value of 3.05 (cut off), the sensitivity of the ratio was 100%, and the specificity – 78.95%. The dependence of the NLR value on the degree of AT and the severity of ovarian ischemia was noted.
