Rezumat

This article analyses the socio-economic problems facing young family from the Republic of Moldova - low income, lack of adequate housing, growth and education of children, needs-resources gap. Of the total respondents 36.1% consider that a negative factor affecting the atmosphere in the family housing is inappropriate conditions. Working abroad continues to be an action taken by the young spouses to cope with the difficulties that face, so 45.2% of spouses and 22.5% of wives were even a time to work abroad. In the Republic of Moldova the field of social protection of young family is one poorly supported by state and non-governmental sector. In this context are required to be taken the following measures: the active involvement of state institutions in the organization providing favourable loans for young families and developing a mechanism for mortgage reasonable taking into consideration the income and ensuring their physical, the development of mediation services and family support in situations of risk; recalculation and increase of the compensation to the level of the mean salary within the republic with the birth of a child, diversification offers to spend leisure time, especially in rural areas.
