Rezumat | ||||||
In the theory and practice, private sector managers pay adequate attention to organizational culture as to an object of management. However, this hardly seems to be similar with the management in the public administration system. The article discusses the organizational culture phenomenon of the public service of Kazakhstan. An attempt to define the role of organizational culture in the system of personnel management is done, particularly when a new stage of development of Kazakhstani civil service is taking place. |
