| Rezumat | ||||||
The article provides analysis of the theoretical and methodological difficulties in
predicting of the end Cold War, stressing that the manner in which the theory was not
determined and not described and the methodologies developed in the bipolar structure of the
international system have proven to be inapplicable. Novelty of the problem is that the shift from
one type of structure to another has occurred in the peaceful, realities that are listed neither in
any historical issue, nor political.
