Creativity is a result and, equally, a potentiality of the whole human personality manifested in specific forms: artistic, scientific, technical creativity, etc. All these forms, as ways of expressing of the individual, have common features that led to the elaboration of a diversity of definitions for creativity, in general. Creativity can be approached from the perspective of the socio-cultural environment. This perspective summarizes all the actions that have as objective the description of micro and macrosocial factors, whose concentration and interaction can stimulate the creative power in different fields. How to approach the creative phenomenon from the point of view of these socio-cultural components can answer essential questions. The process of creativity is associated with art and is considered as an aspect that belongs entirely to the artist. However, creativity can be found in many people, including those who are not artists. Although artists are certainly creative people, there are an infinite number of ways to be creative that are not considered artistic. Creativity is considered as one of the key aspects of how we learn and act, more so, it is an integral part of the learning process. Learning is a sure factor of progress in the process of creativity and personality development. Creativity is the vital force that gives the individual the ability to model his personality in all its aspects, thus contributing to a harmonious balance that embodies every dimension of the life of the human being.
