This article addresses the crime of water pollution through the prism of the comparative study, hoping to identify the best models of advanced legal elevation in the research, and the determination of identical or divergent elements of the phenomenon of water pollution. In order to receive the positive legislative experience of other states, we will analyze the incriminations from the criminal laws of the EU and the CIS area. |
