Rezumat

In this article we will analyze the regulatory framework that refers to the field of readmission, taking into consideration that there is lack of specialized literature in the Republic of Moldova. The analysis is made according to the agreements which the Republic of Moldova has signed and the protocols of implementation. Also, we analyzed the problems faced by the Republic of Moldova in this field. In the end, some statistics are presented.
