Bankruptcy is an inevitable phenomenon of any modern market that uses insolvency as a market instrument of capital market redistribution and reflects the objective processes of structural reorganization of the economy. This approach has led to the need to investigate the issues of overcoming the default and bankruptcy of businesses, namely anti-crisis management. One of the main problems today is the creation and application of such organizational methods and technologies that would provide not only a way out of the crisis and bankruptcy of a significant part of the domestic enterprises but also the financial recovery and their prosperity. |
