Currently, the importance of teams as management tools is determined by the fact that they contribute to a greater involvement of employees in the business process, giving them a position of additional authority to increase the efficiency of their work. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to determine the activities of a successful team management, to set team goals, monitor progress toward it goals and make adjustments to achieve those goals more effectively and efficiently. The working methods used in the article consist of data selection techniques (informational-factual support), data processing methods and techniques (qualitative processing dimension), logical analysis of the process of generalization and systematization of the theory.
