The author highlights the most significant advantages and disadvantages of the Civil Code, modernized by the Law of the Republic of Moldova №. 133/2018, which entered into force on 01.03.2019. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that many provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova №. 1107-XV of 06.06.2002 have been substantially changed by the law on the modernization of the Civil Code and amendments to some legislative acts No. 133/2018, as well as additions. |
