Rezumat

A comparative analysis of the regime parameters used in distilleries processing coriander in Russia and Bulgaria. Calculated specific consumption of steam and cooling water relative to feedstock for periodic equipment used in Bulgaria in a different capacity of the distillation apparatus and to D: H (1:1 and 1:2).
