The<br />results showed higher antioxidant abilities correlated with total phenols in the sprouts than their seeds.<br />Sprouts described above could be used in our diet as a beneficial foods with antioxidant capacity.</p></description> </descriptions> <formats> <format>application/pdf</format> </formats> </resource>
