The necessity of the present bachelor's thesis emerges from the novel character of the procedure in order institution in Republic of Moldova, as very few theoretical studies were made and it's been used poorly in practice. The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to develop a comprehensive scientific study of the procedure in order, to establish it’s juridical nature, it’s specific character, along with the characterization of this new phenomenon. |
