The work presented by the authors consists of legislative and theoretical base of questions, regarding the sentence of the court, the tendency of development and necessity of law adjustment of contradictory matters appearing in the process of analyzing the given material. The work enlightens different points of view concerning this problem. The article corresponds to the operating norms of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Moldova. The author describes all corrections and contradictions, which exist regarding this issue. |
