Rezumat

This article shows antifungal activity of five bacterial strains B.subtilis (4 new local strains isolated from the rhizosphere of tomato) against certain phytopathogens of crops in vitro. All bacteria have demonstrated a positive antagonistic effect. Bacterium B.subtilis-S4 and B.subtilis-S 22 have proved antifungal activity slightly below on some positions. The least inhibits the growth of Botrytis cinerea and Fusarium oxysporum. All cultures have shown a stable antagonistic effect within 30 days (the experience has been eliminated). The culture B.subtilis-S2 and culture of B.subtilis-S22 have had the highest inhibitory effect on the germination of conidia of the Alternaria. Culture is B.subtilis-S4, B.subtilis-S16, B.subtilis-26D also inhibited the germination of conidia, but less pronounced. Under the influence of the metabolites were observed changes of the germination of conidia to the filamentous sprouts. Instead of them was formed vesicular swelling which subsequently did not allow the normal development of the mycelium
