This article discusses the positive effect of the bacteria on the seed germination. Growthstimulating activity of the bacteria was shown in both experiments. However, the best concentration in the first experiment was not confirmed in the second. Better concentration for each nutrient medium had its own. The greatest increase was obtained on the medium 12 in 0.5% solutions - 27% relatively of control, and the medium 9 in 0.1% solutions - 20% relatively of control. These studies showed that depending on the composition of the nutrient medium changes and the optimum concentration of the solution for activating the action of microorganisms. This should be considered when selecting the culture medium and the concentration of the solutions used by producing bacterium.
