Rezumat

Banking supervision is an indication of the maturity of the banking financial system. The structure of the banking supervision process in the EU Member States is constantly changing and the number of institutions involved in the process results also from the recent reforms of structural supervision and the results of their implementation in the EU Member States. Banking regulations are a form of direct intervention of banking and banking environment takes several features whose appreciation goes through analysis of these objectives and their effects on banking strategy. Refer to banking regulations both in developed countries and from the developing or in transition to the new market economy as is the case of Moldova, it is particularly important to maintain a certain ratio quantitatively and qualitatively. An over-regulation can stifle banking, increasing bureaucratic bottlenecks.
