In this article, using methods such as: analysis, synthesis, generalization of scientific works, as well as observation and comparison has been studied some key emotions such as: fear, anger, joy, sadness, surprise, aversion, among which the first are called nervous shock. Also are studied factors that cause different kinds of emotions and their impact on the efficiency of communication in general and special in pedagogic communication. Their knowledge will help us to manage our emotional intelligence and get positive results both in personal, social life and professional activity. |
