Rezumat

In the context of global migration processes development, merging national employment markets into a sin-gle global market, the issue of international labor migration is becoming more relevant for the host country. In this paper, the essence and main aspects of population migration are re-identified. The main aspects of the positive and negative impact of migration on the countries involved in this process are highlighted.
