The purpose of the mentoring plan lies in the professional development of the trainee teacher, by improving the specific specialized knowledge and methodological skills, in order to reach the desired professional standards of the model teacher. In today's postmodern society, marked by pragmatic and ideological changes, the usefulness of formal educational mentoring is supported by the requirement of continuous improvement of the novice faculty in order to develop new necessary psycho-pedagogical skills to fill the temporary lack of "experience in the department". The didactic mentoring relationship, as it appears from the plan elaborated in this article, has as central point of support the interactive socio-professional relationship between the mentor and the beneficiary of mentoring or mentoring, on the following major coordinates: bilateral exchange of good practices, activity regulation education, insertion and professional assistance, optimization of the instructional process, construction of norms and basic values, cultivation of collegial relations. In simple terms, the architecture of the mentoring plan includes a methodical scaffolding or a rigorous set of steps to follow in order to achieve the unitary transfer of knowledge from an experienced teacher to a disciple, at the beginning of the fascinating journey of shaping future generations of educable youngsters. |
