Rezumat

The decoding of an enantiosemic language sign becomes possible due to the fact that the nature of the linguistic sign is unchanging and mobile at the same time. The assumption that an unequivocal reference to the communicative meaning of a linguistic unit in speech is neutralization, because the qualities of a linguistic sign contradict the communicative orientation of speech, it can be argued that the "law of the sign" is restored in speech, which determines the reliability of the communication act. Through this approach, the efficient implementation of the meaning of the enantiosemic language units in speech can be interpreted as coming from the symbolic character of the language, so the basis of the enantiosemy of the linguistic units is the phenomenon of asymmetry of the linguistic sign. The presence of asymmetry in a linguistic unit as a linguistic sign is due, firstly, to the infinite variety of communicative situations, and secondly, the listener's subjective presentation in the communicative act, thirdly, the ability to choose the communication tools in in accordance with the norms of behavior of the speech act, determined by various typical situations, which not only allow but also contribute to the manifestation of individual creativity, up to a partial violation of the generally accepted canons.
