Organizational culture has a special role as a leading cause of performance of the public authority, in the process of metamorphoses that takes place in contemporary In this context, organizational culture represents an essential quality in appearing and development of a new way of designing the administrative environment and reacting to intra and extra-organizational factors. In the last decades, the concept of organizational culture has been studied as an explanatory factor for a large number of phenomena, processes, and content specific to organizations. The present research aims to contribute to the specialties literature by presenting the cultural profile of the Parliament Secretariat of the Republic of Moldova. |
