For teachers, conflict situations are some of the most difficult tests of professional ability and deontology, because a conflict situation has implications on both the communication channels and the environment in which the participants evolve. Interpersonal communication in different teaching situations takes place in a particular environment (the school environment) and in a specific context (the school or a space adjacent to it). In order to identify the particularities of the school conflict after pupils learn to manage their negative emotions by learning to be tolerant, we conducted a study involving 50 students. The results of this research are presented in the article, which shows that the realization of didactic activities with themes that raise the awareness of the notion of tolerance contributes to diminishing the appearance of the school conflict. |
